Meditation Room

What is meditation?
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself.

Join our meditation instructor Siamak Shirazi, to experience guided mediation from 12PM - 1PM.
He will lead a guided meditation on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

When the room is not being used for meditation, it will be open as a prayer room or quiet room for those who need to rest or prayer. The room will be dimly lit and will have both regular chairs for sitting, cushions for sitting on the floor, and zero gravity chairs.
