WPC Art Walk

We are proud to announce the exhibits for the second WPC Art Walk!

We are thrilled to highlight these projects and invite all delegates to make time during the

Congress to view the art, meet the artists, and in some cases contribute to the art project.

Here are the art exhibits that will be displayed at the 5th World Parkinson Congress:

Faces of Parkinson's: Global Reflections on PD

This moving book highlights a diverse range of community members who are touched by

PD. Their stories and photos will be on display at the WPC to showcase how we impact

each other and how our efforts are entwined.

Soaring with Hope

10,000 cranes, folded by people with Parkinson's or those impacted by the disease, will be

hung in the convention center. Each hand folded will have a message of hope to the

Parkinson's community.

Haiku Display

During Parkinson's Awareness Month (April 2018), we asked members of the community to

share their Parkinson's related haiku with us. All of the Haiku will be on display at the Art

walk and Delegates at the congress are welcome to add their own Haiku to the display.
