Advances in Research, Science and Care

Target Audience: Neurologists, Physicians, Researchers, Nurses, Rehab Specialists, Social Workers, Clinic Coordinators, People with Parkinson's, Care Partners

Goal: To provide a forum for learning about and discussing advances in research and care across the wide scope of Parkinson's symptoms and varying options of symptom management. 
 
Learning Objectives:
1. be able to explain at least two surgical options for address Parkinson's symptoms and detail the advantages of each option;
2. detail at least two non-motor symptoms and treatment options;
3. outline at least two motor symptoms of Parkinson's and the current treatment options versus the hope for future options to manage these symptoms.
